• 1.What is your warranty period?

  Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours, whichever comes first (Except the damageable spare parts of the generator set caused by incorrect man-made operation).

• 2.What’s the terms of payment?

  A1:For OEM Orders, we accept T/T ,30% deposit before delivery,and 70% balance shall be paid before delivery. A2:For Ready to Ship In- Stock items, we need full payment paid before shipping.

• 3.What is delivery time for generator ?

  Our standard delivery time is 30-45days . If you have urgent demand, the delivery will be depend on the requirements.If large order,lead time need to be negotiation.

• 4.Can our generator be customized ?

  Yes,.of course. We have a professional technical team and R&D team. Our advantage is to provide customized power products, especially for large projects.
