1. Cold machine start. When the unit is started when the machine is cold, the oil is still relatively viscous. Forced start will aggravate the wear of components and accelerate the aging of the unit.
2. Failure to replace lubricating oil and fuel in time. The lubricating oil and fuel of the unit need to be replaced regularly, otherwise it will cause the oil to deteriorate, making it less safe, and it will also cause difficulty in starting in winter and serious wear of components.

3. Open flame baking. Doing so will easily cause ashes and debris to enter the cylinder, block the intake and exhaust valves, and aggravate cylinder wear.
4. Continuous starting time is too long. Long-term continuous starting will accelerate the damage of the battery. The manufacturer reminds that if the start is unsuccessful, it should be started again after a few minutes.
5. Run at high speed immediately after starting. After the diesel generator set is started, speeding up immediately can easily cause damage to parts and may also cause burning of the bearings and shafts. The manufacturer recommends idling the unit for a few minutes before gradually speeding up.
6. Add engine oil to the cylinder. When engine oil enters the cylinder, it is easy to produce carbon deposits due to incomplete combustion, reduce the sealing of the cylinder, wear parts, and make it difficult to start the unit.

7. There is a lack of cooling water in the water tank or cooling water is added after starting. This will cause the cylinder head and cylinder liner to deform or burst. Cooling water should be added to the water tank before the unit is started, and then started after preheating.
8. The oil supply is not compliant. Before starting the diesel engine, the oil pipe should be connected first. If it is not operated according to regulations, it will not only waste fuel, but also reduce the lubrication effect, aggravate the wear between parts, and form carbon deposits.
